Hello!  My name is Stephanie Amick and I have worked in post-acute care for more than 20 years. I have a Master's Degree in Nursing Leadership and Management.  My goal is to help you succeed in your career and become a confident and effective leader.  I have worked as a charge nurse, MDS coordinator, Director of Nursing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Regional Nurse Consultant, and Chief Operating Officer.

I feel your pain.  I graduated from my RN program and was put into a Director of Nursing role within the first year.  Yes, it was scary, and I didn't have a lot of support.  I wish someone would have given me this guidance 25 years ago.  It took a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and curse words to become a good leader.  I would love to support you.  Please join me.
